K-vant proven to be effective!
Husband asked that I have the K-vant immobilizer installed and I was hesitant as I thought it would be unneccesary. However, it proved very helpful when there was an attempted theft on our Hilux and the *****s was unable to get away with the bakkie!

Great client service
Very happy with the service received over the phone and by the guy who done the install. Minor bubbles were detected but as per the info sheet I received, this is normal and part of the drying process for my smash and grab. Overall very happy with the service received.

Great client service

AMAZING SERVICE! unlike anything I have experienced.
I contacted GT-installs via their website. They got back to me and scheduled the installation for the car radio I bought, the same day! The installer was even a bit earlier than scheduled, very very knowledgeable and his experience defenately showed. He was very careful not to scratch any dash panels and yet managed to work with speed and precision. My new radio was installed with all functions working 100% I am really amazed at the fantastic service I received today. I will definately recommend them to anyone needing car audio or security installed at your site. Thanks Gareth and team you guys are fantastic! Yiur service is next level and there are a lot of companies that can learn from you about service delivery. Worth every penny!

The lack of service delivery is truly astonishing! I emailed them twice without a response then tried to phone the first number without answer and finally got hold of Gareth and he apologized for the lack of response because "business is doing so well". I was still happy to proceed up to this point and then the 3 days of "will you please just quote me so we can proceed" started without response! I can't believe you treat a customer that is ready to pay this way! You need to sort out your customer care and get your business in line as you are on the verge of a slippery slope.

Shocking - still waiting for the quote to come through days later. Gareth the owner doesn't respond to phone calls or Whatsapp message, clearly they have enough business and don't want additional customers or referrals I would definitely not recommend GT Installs to anyone

Professional service with no fuzz. Helpful and friendly
I found this company on Gumtree after i required some work done to my vehicle. the booking process was simple and without follow up from my side the booking was confirmed and they installation team arrived early even, did what they came to do and left. I had a further issue with a component I purchased (not from GT-Installs) and they offer to assist to help get it sorted out. All in all a very positive experience and I commend them on their professional service. 10/10 will recommend again. This was a no fuzz get what you ask for service and that is what sets your business apart among your competitors
