These guys took my money. I took out oil options and they stopped my feed for a few minutes and in that time they made as if all my options expired. Only their data showed the sudden dip in price. Also the internet was not down just their feed.

DON'T USE GT247 PPPPLLLLLLLLEEEEEEEZZZZZZ BE WARNED. THEY ARE CROOKS.....
Worse company to deal with. DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM. Signed up with EMQ in 2013. Never made a withdrawal. Just because I never logged into the account my account went into inactive status after GT247 took over. Charged me for inactive status without notifying me that the account status has changed. Now since I knew that I had money & it had been accumulating 2c interest if even so much daily I'm asking to have my money refunded but I am told my account balance is zero because I didn't use the account. HELLO WHO IN TODAYS LIFE CAN JUST GIVE YOUR MONEY AWAY .

Very poor service
support desk can't answer your questions, also taking days to revert back to you, and then they tell you (the customer) to call them. Unbelievable. No direct contact with the customer regarding their position status if at the verge of being closed, they just close your position without informing you if you want to make a deposit or not.

OK service, good processes, quick/easy withdrawal
My experience was very good. The processes that they have in place, the platform, and ease of doing business is top notch. I loaded my details, FICA'ed, verified my bank details, and was trading in a few days. When I had to withdraw I loaded my request at 10:00, and by the evening my money was in my account (I'm at ABSA and they are, so assume this is why it was super quick). I read quiet a few reviews and most seemed bad, but also have some family members that have used them in the past with good experiences. I tried them, and although their feedback is a little slow, it's not horrible, and the rest of the steps worked perfectly for me.

Bad support service
Bad support, I've been trying to access my account for almost a month now and no one seems to be coming up with a solution,i can access the metatrader platform but I can't access my profile on the gt247 website, which is odd because they use the same login detals,I've emailed a number of times and still no help.

GT247.com lost my money!
GT247.com is by far the worst service provider I have ever encountered! They are extremely inefficient and incompetent, and their Support Desk is incapable of providing assistance, seemingly unaware of what the query is about or how to resolve it. It is impossible to get any help, let alone a response, from them. I sent them numerous emails, all in respect of a single, straight-forward query - a shortfall in my trading account which was their fault - all of which were evaded. When my query was eventually addressed by the so-called ''VP of Trading'', Nilan Morar, he was exceptionally rude, arrogant and condescending, even though his lack of technical knowledge was apparent. He attributed the shortfall to ''slippage'', which was not relevant in this instance as my exit price was pre-specified, and was simply a convenient excuse he attempted to hide behind to unsuccessfully explain the money GT247.com had lost me and to conceal his blatant lack of understanding of a simple trading term - a take profit level. My friends have had similar experiences with GT247.com and have yet to receive their money back. As a result, my friends and I will be closing our accounts and switching to a more transparent, reliable broker. Potential clients be wary - the reviews of GT247.com on Hello Peter, which are all negative, speak volumes. I would suggest opting for a more reputable, trustworthy and established broker - one that isn't going to lose your money, then ignore your emails. There are plenty of low-cost, respectable brokers around who are not fly-by-night.
