My complaint was about their handwash that didn't want to open properly.the top that you squeeze the handwash into your hands was faulty. I contacted the consumer services and they replied to my email.Nomfundo Mzimela was the consultant who dealt with my complaint.She said they would replace product and would send me something extra to try from their range.The courier came today .she had replaced and sent me a package of goodies to try.I just want to say thank you to her and the company.in the times we are living.. sometimes services can be very slow..but I must say she was on top of the situation.
