I was at Spar in Gugulethu mall on sat as I was walking in between the isles looking for an Apple cider vinegar, I saw this guy was busy packing yoghurts I went to him bcz I couldn't find what I was looking for ,what a great service I got it from him he took me straight to the right isle with a smile and even asked me is there anything I wanted, in our society we wanted sales agents like Eddie ,his likes was his job ,he knows what is customer service,Thank you very much Eddie for the best service and show everyone else at your store exactly what good service is and you will go in places bcz of your humbleness,I give you 10/10
