Kavir Maharaj (Estate Agent) convicted fraudster at Gunput Properties

If anyone is looking to buy or rent property and is using Gunput Properties as their agency please be aware that they have a fraudster by the name of Kavir Maharaj in their employ. Kavir used to work in the Hospitality industry in Cape Town where he stole approx. R53000 from Verde Hotel (https://www.iol.co.za/news/crime-courts/restaurant-manager-in-pos-rip-off- ********** ). He has also been involved and other petty theft. He will not hesitate to mislead people who are newbies in the property purchasing arena. Kavir resides in Pietermaritzburg, Kwa-Zulu Natal. He has a criminal record and people need to be vigilant that they my be dealing with a thief.
