Gutter with no downpipe or outlet
they added a gutter without a down pipe which is now accumulating water, once this fills up it will cause a lot of damage onto my second roof

As requested we asked you to simply clean the gutter which was installed 1yr 6months ago (Feb 2021) which you refuse to do so. Gutter Doc offers a 1yr guarantee on installation. Despite your message 1yr 6months post, we did offer to investigate at no cost to you however the gutters are disgustingly filthy and we have requested you clean it first.

19 Sept 2022, 12:29bascially Gutter Doc installed a gutter without a downpipe or outlet, just a gutter catching water( a bucket). Thank you Gutter Doc for not owning up and work towards fixing it but request me to clean the mess you created.
