Kindness shown to a stranger

My car was rowdy and the steering was tight, after changing the power steering pump at another mechanics shop.So i called GWB auto and spoke to a gentleman, whos name i dont know.I was asked to bring the car in,which i did shortly after.Within minutes the fault was discovered and rectified. I am eternally grateful to the kind gentleman that obviously knew what to do and was great at his job. I was so relieved when my car was fixed, and totally overwhelmed when he told me that there's no charge. I am writing this review to inform people about how caring and generous they are, besides being awesome at their job.
