H20 Plumber ****

Horrible experience with Bruce from H2O in George/Garden Route. Be aware that they will make you pay DOUBLE that of other plumbing companies. They write on the invoice/job card that Labour is R850 exc (so R977) + R250 (R287) call out fee excluding materials. Later they send you and invoice for R977 PER HOUR which was never agreed to. Also, they charge you the time for driving around for parts TWICE and TWO people. Firstly, you dont even know if they did buy parts or perhaps went somewhere else when away. Secondly, why cant one worker stay and continue working if you are paying for labour? Thirdly, why drive twice and not get all the parts at once? They also chat to you about social topics or (to each other ) to waste more time so that the bill increases. Dont get caught. I have written proof of everything and also where Bruce admits that Dylan made a mistake not writing that this was an hourly rate. After numerous emails and also me offering to pay double the rate (R977 x 2) that I signed for was Bruce still wanted 4 hours of labour (which includes twice driving around in town for a long time) and became all arrogant threatening me now with lawyers (which I’m ready for).
