Hello Peter, <br> I sent my car 2 times to Hailbusters as it had been damaged by Hailstorm twice this year (2015). When the car came back left window switch was damaged (and right window also not working properly). I took the car to GM and they confirm it's not a warranty issue but since the panel beater opened the door that's how the switch got damaged. I took the car to Hailbusters, they promised to call back, 2 weeks later no call I went back to them, they say the boss said I must pay for the switches \these things happen to most Chevrolets". I take this as an insult and bad customer service"

Miway is my insurance company. They chose Hailbusters to repair my hail damage. I logged my claim on 9/2/2015. Today I was put on hold for 24 minutes only to be told that they cannot get hold of the lady who deals with the claims at Hailbusters. Again I was told that an email will be sent to the assessors and I would be copied! Haven't received one yet! The only feedback I get from Hailbusters is updates on their call center! A month ago Hailbusters told me they were awaiting a bonnet for my car. BUT they can book my vehicle in?? Why?

Hi! I'm very very furious with Hailbusters panel beaters in Pietermaritzburg. On the 21st March 2015 I took my car to them for repairs after hail damage where they had to change the lights, windscreen and sort out few dents on the body. They told my insurance company that the job will take 8 working days which then turn into weeks and now months. I've phoned them several times and all the time I get told my car is waiting to be painted. They will not even allow me to see it so I can see if there's any progress. All the time I get told its in the warehouse which is located on another place. So for two months I don't have a car and no one can explain to me the real problem or hold up. They just won't allow me to see my car and always make excuses

I took my car in for panel beating from a hail storm on 24/02/2015 and was told it would take 5-10 days. I received car hire for 30 days which subsequently ran out and I have not collect my car to date (31/03/2015).<br> <br> My car has been there over a month & to date I have had to initiate every single phone call in order to get an update. I have not had a single accurate update

On the 25/02/15 my car was booked in for hail damage repairs at HAIL-BUSTERS. I called the company (Hail-Busters) numerous of times and spoken to Carmen who confirmed that my car will be ready today 20/03/2015 and they would give me a call when the vehicle is ready and up until now, I have not received any calls yet and it is now 17:05. I feel that this company has given me faults feedback within 3 weeks for my car been booked in

On the 25/02/15 my car was booked in for hail damage repairs at HAIL-BUSTERS. I called the company (Hail-Busters) numerous of times and spoken to Carmen who confirmed that my car will be ready today 20/03/2015 and they would give me a call when the vehicle is ready and up until now, I have not received any calls yet and it is now 17:05. My Momentum Insurance Claim was approved on 06 February 2015 and to date not one call have I received from Hail Busters to book my car in. I have called them more than four times with promises of the person concerned calling me back. I'm still waiting. I've received the excuse that the parts have to be ordered, which they have not (it's now nearly a month). Everytime I call, I ask to speak to the owner or manager and I am told he is not available or is taking messages only. I'm also given the excuse that they have been too busy because of the hail storms but my claim was approved for repairs before the storms. ???
