worst service, ignore emails and calls, 1 month waiting peiod

<p>be careful dealing with this woman, she *****s up a order you place correctly online, pay her and send pop and then she sends your product to a different city than what you live in, got the worst service ever and when you try and contact her regarding your order she says she cant help and i should arrange to go and collect my own parcel which i am all the way in cape town and she sent it to secunda.. its been 4 weeks and once you pay and do pop she tells you 2-4 days but its 1 month later and stil nothing.. she is the one that sent it to the incorrect address but i need to sort her mess..</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I purchase a product @ hair evolution from a lady named Joanna stewart, after countless calls and emails she refuse to rectify a problem she messed up, sending a order 1000 miles away from you it will take me 14h35 minutes to go and collect a parcel she sent to the wrong place </p> <p>this is my email to her , </p> <p>Good morning</p> <p>as you stated in your emial it would take 2-4 working days, ive recieved notification that my parcel is on its way that was the 3 november and still waiting about 13 days later  and its now the 24th november so its been a month of waiting </p> <p>this is really unacceptable, i've been trying and trying to call but no one picks up, i tried calling your cellphone but goes straight to voice mail, i would like some answers please as to where is my order, i'm trying to be very polite but the more i don't get answer the more upset i get, just pathetic service received, i sent proof of payment the 26th october, sent another email for you to confirm if you received payment , no response, again on he 1 november, no response, then you sent me a email on the 3rd to say i should recieved my order in 2-4 working days and still nothing 2 weeks later get a notification that my order has arrived but not in cape town where i am living, and now i'm trying to find out where is my order but there is no one to answer me. something thats suppose to take a few days took 4 weeks </p> <p> </p> <p>im still struggling to get her to answer me, all she sends is that i should go and collect my parcel, no tracking number no address, just go and collect.. </p> <p> </p> <p>i waisted my time sending someone to go and collect a product that hasnt even been sent since 26th october 2016</p> <p> </p>
