Did not get what I purchased
I didn’t want to do this but I have to express my disappointment somewhere. When I received the wig i was amazed at how natural it looked, my fixation was the frontal and the middle path etc(first wig purchase ever) but when I finally tired it on it looked different. Looking at what I saw advertised and what I got, it’s different. It’s not straight cut like in the imagine where the hair all looks 1 length nooo this wig is different lengths, why is the front hair shorter?? The website image the hair looks like 1 length from root to ends but this one looks stringy because of the different lengths it does look full at the ends it’s such less hair . and it sheds like crazy, just by trying it on, hair is falling for no reason. It’s very bulky I don’t understand why, then only to see on their website that items cannot be returned so I guess I’m stuck with a wig that looks nothing like what I purchased off their site. And don’t dare try to tell me i got what i paid for or how to take care of it etc because excuse me I haven’t used it not once it’s been left it’s the box it arrived in and I can post pictures for comparison I’m not the type to take it to this extent but no this is unacceptable and that’s money that I could have spent somewhere and probably got what they advertise I don’t even know if it’s wax on the hair or what why is it stiff ??? And even with all this said I would have sucked it up if the hair was 1 length then I wouldn’t have even taken it this far but that’s ****ing me off even more for the fact that it each row is a different length!!!! Nah I regret this purchase, that’s the first and last and I’ll definitely inform others so they don’t make the mistake. Don’t play with peoples money !!

Poor quality hair and refused to assist me
I bought a 30 inch hair and upgraded and paid an extra R850 to a full frontal closure,when the hair arrived it was hand sewn and the quality of the closure looked and felt cheap,the closure was a 8 inche which I didn't pay for.i contacted them and spoke to Tshiamo she wasn't helpful at at and referred me to thir watsapp consultant,they refused to exchange that hair and told me if that's the only closure they had and I should pay an extra R450 for a machine sew in wig.iv been purchasing hair from them and I've always received a machine sew wig and it was my first time hearing about this.i paid alot of my hard earned money for me to get a wig like that.im really really hurt by this,the hair I purchased wasn't the same hair they advertised.

I am appalled and disgusted by the *****ulent and ********* behavior I experienced at Hair Kingdom. You ****med me into signing a document, knowing full well that their products are of low quality. For your information the hair has never been used if you able to treat me correctly you would have seen the condition of the hair fully. The treatment I received today was a clear indication that the business is aware of their wrongdoing. However, I will not let this slide. My legal team will be in contact regarding this matter, and we will take it to the high court if necessary. I will not hesitate to boycott the brand and encourage others to do the same. Hair Kingdom, your ********* practices will not be tolerated! I will ensure that you take accountability for your actions! Hair Kingdom waste of money
The worst made wig I've ever experienced. What is advertised vs what you get is like night and day. I ordered a 20" frontal Peruvian wig. They used what looked like a 6" frontal and paired that with ONE bundle of 20" hair...so disgusting that I paid for that trash. They should be ashamed that they advertise such beautiful, voluminous looking hair but send their paying customers trash bags.

Hair Kingdom waste of money
The worst made wig I've ever experienced. What is advertised vs what you get is like night and day. I ordered a 20" frontal Peruvian wig. They used what looked like a 6" frontal and paired that with ONE bundle of 20" hair...so disgusting that I paid for that trash. They should be ashamed that they advertise such beautiful, voluminous looking hair but send their paying customers trash bags.

Synthetic hair and bad customer service
<div>I really angry!!!!! I purchased hair and they installed it. I was then asked to sign an agreement not to return the hair or request a refund. It was really nice the first day, I don’t want to lie but when I woke up in the morning I was in disbelief. The hair is tangled and difficult to brush. The hair is so stiff like a steel wool. I then contacted the sales lady to complained about the hair and this is what she said to me; “You more than welcome to have an opinion and say whatever you want but at the end of the day it is not goingt to change anything. 1. Purchase made yourself instore 2. Wig was installed 3. Purpose of wig achieved 4. Wig is ******* because you desperate for money 5. Tangling of the hair means poor maintenance as you do not know basic brushing skills 6. It really doesn't make any sense of why you would choose a different hair supplier unless if the objective was to use the hair, damage it and then cry for a refund 7. Our terms and conditions are put into place for clients exactly like yourself that don't have money but want good hair to show off for the night and then poorly neglect it even within a few days to try and **** the company by asking for a refund“. They have no regard for customers whatsoever. I am really angry!!</div>

Rude staff, trained to be rude for advertising wrong products
Rude staff They advertised and I purchased 2 of those wigs that look like nothing in the picture. Only opened them now 4 months later and not looking for a refund but wanted to let them know I’m unhappy with the product because it looks nothing like what’s in the picture. The agent was so so rude telling me I’m returning it because it served it purpose when I’ve just opened it! She kept sending emojis as a way of disrespecting me, more over the bad wig, the staff member Nomusa was so rude. She took the cup I even forgot about the wig! I bought 2 wigs and was not looking for a refund but the disrespect of Nomusa has made sure that I never buy there ever again!!

Hair Kingdom is a ****. They cannot produce wigs they advetise as their own.
They sell hair and customized wigs. So, they downloaded pictures of wigs from other places and shared them on their page saying they are selling a wig, which was a 20 inchs Malaysian curls which looked nice on the pictures. It was advertised for R1675 and they requested a further R850 for customization. They then shipped the orders and the wig I received is of sub standard and is not the same as the picture. They could not produce the wig on the picture. The length and the hair type is also wrong. Knowing they are not producing what they are advertising, they turned-off comments on instagram. I have sent them pictures and they rare playing dumb. they have a store at 131 GREENWAY, GREENSIDE, JOJANNESBURG,2034 - contact dtails 078 855 0234 www.thehairkingdom.co.za
