SIhle Kibido (SK hair) incompetence
Sihle Kibido (SK hair) is *********** and rude.She sent two wrong wigs twice.She tried to convince me that she sent me the right wigs.Upon me showing her that the wigs she sent were different from what she posted,I demanded a refunded, she stated that she cannot give me a refund as per her policy and stated that we can go contest at small claims court.To top it all, the wigs were late and she started spinning stories that cape town international had no electricity, Secondly stating that she almost got hijacked and thirdly she said that she her phone got ******.All this within a space of two months.I highly do not recommend people buying from her!!

HAIR NETWORK FOURWAYS MALL SHE CALLED ME OLD, HE SLAMED THE PHONE ON MY EAR THEY DONT LISTEN TO WHAT WE WANT
I called to explain my root touch up to a male first. He was so rude and being facetious, then he slammed the phone on my ear. Secondly another lady called and tells me " what's best for me" really now? She even called me.old how ridiculous demation of my character. Here's her message to me aftwr I showed her my hair Nothing blacked out. It’s a picture of part of price list. (WHY DID U BLACK IT OUT) Your natural color is a level 7. ( BASED ON A PHOTOPGRAPH LOL) As one gets older natural hair color goes darker. ( DISAGREE) All stylists say your hair would need to be toned to blend and achieve desired color. Best price R*** SHE ADDED AN EXTRA 6.... TO THE PRICE. How long ago did you do this color. SHE DIDNT LISTEN I SAID 6 WEEKS AGO Also your natural color looks great. Maybe think about making a change. Root shadow.HOW ABOUT LISTENING TO WHAT CUSTOMERS WANT NOT WHAT YOU WANT All my rights remain strictly reserved THEY WATCH YOU WITH CAMERAS AGAINST POPI ACT SEP 2021 IF NOT STATED ON THEIR DOOR

Disgusting owner
I will never go back to this hairsalon ! like Sylvia when i made a decision i like to do it straight away as well. I had no intention to do my hair and was passing by the salon and thought to look at products . Long story short - sat with a stylist and the owner (who said my hair colour was terrible and my hair style did nothing for me!) I decided why not and had my hair cut .I called today to ask for my fringe to be cut as it was not cut on the day. To my horror the owner Terry called me and was soo rude on the phone and made me feel like a naughty school child! I actually cried from shock as to how rude and unprofessional she was! Said that the stylist was not making any money from me on Saturday when i came in and spent soo much time to advise me on my hair ! ( did not ask them to spend soo much time with me that was their choice !) I paid R460 a hair cut only - and i bought a product from the shop > Said i took up soo much of their time ( there was one client in the salon at the time ) was dead quiet ! So the stylist asked to contact me - more like shout at me on the phone and to reiterate that if i was having my fringe cut i cant be wasting soo much time of me as the stylist hasnt got time to be doing other stuff besides the fringe .. I hope no one will support this disgusting bully of an owner !

Hair Emporia is a scam 0818869703
These people and specially a person named Lusha selling hair on instagram is a scam. I bought hair 3 weeks ago but it was never delivered. She has now ghosted me and uses standard bank account cheque account 10181572778 and FNB 630152286338
