Summer alert - Hairmaster Salon

I bought a wig from them on 16 January and they promised to send it the following week. I made a follow up and I was ignored, sent another follow up message and I as told that I will get it on Monday the 27th of January. I sent follow up message tried to call with o luck and I was ignored as usual. On the 29th I requested my money back and I was told that my issue about order and money has been escalated. The next day I was told that my hair was taken out but the Driver is not picking their calls and ai have even ignored since then and I sent messages stating that they must refund me my money. I am so hurt and I no longer want their if, I want my money back.
