unhappy customer

I have place an order on 20th of November for the special (R1000-00 for two), till today i have not received my order and i am not getting any positive feedback on your whatapp chat also facebook. I have tried to communicate with them on several occasions regarding my order but haven't receive any joy. No feedback given
