Worst customer service, dishonest business and poor quality hair

The customer service was awful. The owner is very dishonest, she kept lying about when my delivery Was sent. She sent me hair I didn’t pay for. I paid for 3x12” bundles of 11A hair and she sent me a lower grade hair and it was not 12”. Then she insisted that’s how they make wigs. The no refund statement she keeps hiding behind is against the consumer acts, because she sent me poor quality hair and it’s not what I paid for. The hair is shedding like crazy! She blocks everyone who writes a negative comment about the hair she sell on her instagram page so buyers are mislead and keep buying from her. I believe if the quality of the hair she sent me was a genuine mistake she would have opted to correct the problem instead of treating the whole situation as they did, with no regard for customer satisfaction. They are very unprofessional. I do not recommend anyone to buy hair from Hairvarleysa.
