I absolutely hate halt security

Hi there. i needed to go into a complex protected by halt as my cat managed to find it's way into said complex. the security refused to allow me to go fetch my cat and i phoned halt to complain but i was very sarcastically treated by their call centre guy, he even phoned back to continue being sarcastic. worst security ever. one of the residents of the complex eventually helped me.
