Hamba Jeans best jeans ever!
Hamba Jeans the most comfortable jeans/pants ever! Hulle pas perfek. Is gemaklik vir baie besige dae. En die diens spot-on. Vinnig aflewering en Whatsapps word vinnig geantw. Bou so voort Hamba Jeans. ❤️

Frustrating process if you want to offer online
Disappointing Experience with Hamba Jeans. I'm extremely disappointed with my online purchase from Hamba Jeans.I ordered two pairs of jeans on 1 August 2025. I still haven't received them. It is not the first time I've experienced delays with this business, and the communication has been sporadic. Contacting them via FB Messenger and WhatsApp had the promised delivery dates repeatedly been postponed, with the seller saying she'll send it 'tomorrow', but nothing arrives. When I requested a refund, I was met with complete silence. I have to agree with other review, the lack of customer service and follow-through is appalling.

Disappointing
Disappointing Experience with Hamba Jeans. I'm extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from Hamba Jeans.I ordered a pair of jeans on April 10th, but unfortunately, I still haven't received them. This is the third time I've experienced delays with this business, and the communication has been non-existent. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via WhatsApp, I've received no response. The promised delivery dates have been repeatedly pushed back, with the seller claiming I'll receive my order "by Friday" - but nothing arrives. When I requested a refund, I was met with complete silence. The lack of customer service and follow-through is appalling. As a customer, it's disheartening to see local businesses operate in such a manner. It's challenging to support businesses that don't prioritize customer satisfaction and communication. Previous time she asked me remove my review. Then all of a sudden I received my jeans. 😡😡😡😡

Hamba Jeans doesn't deliver on their commitments - Order still not received
Hamba Jeans I've placed an order on 10 January, with some up and down communication to understand the delay, only half of my parcel was delivered with a commitment to deliver the rest this week Monday and Tuesday. That commitment didn't happen and neither did someone contact me to explain a further delay. If I call or text, I don't get a response. I'm really disappointed in this brand, you pay premium prices for products and then they treat their customers like this. Honestly, this is not right.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I ordered 2 belts... they never sent any email or text confirmation. When I followed up with them about it (because I started to think that the company does not exist as there was just no correspondence or replies to my customer service email query, they sent a message to the phone number I gave saying I am "bugging" them. The belts finally did arrive.. so yes, this company is legit. But with this kind of service I will not be ordering from them again. Rather go for Maribu leather or Ilundi. They have MUCH better customer service.

Terrible customer service. I ordered 2 belts... they never sent any email or text confirmation.
