Recently won a prize with Hamper world, I must say this is one the best experiences I received. The customers service I received was excellent and my experience was exceptional. The gift box was so beautifully boxed and so professional. I loved my experience. I recommend Hamper World to my friends and family.

I made an order on the 12th of Feb for the 14th. They never delivered on the day. I called and was told they couldn’t get hold of their driver. I had to drive around looking for a place I could get roses just to give to my woman, but I unfortunately couldn’t find any coz it was already 6pm. Her day was ruined. I then called Hamper World the following day to complain and was told the driver was in an accident the previous day(14th), but will deliver the package today (15th). The lady then said her manager will call me as she had escalated the matter. The package arrived and the chocolates had melted and the roses had started to decay. Till today I’m still waiting for the manager’s call. Best thing they could’ve done was to recall the package and deliver fresh roses and chocolates, but they didn’t. Seems like the package slept in the driver’s car. First time buying from them and their 1st impression to impress really sucked.

I am beyond impressed. Received my package same day. The gift box looks amazing. Their service was so professional. First time placing an order with them and I've already told my colleagues about them so they can order too. I will most definitely be ordering more gifts from them.

Very user friendly website. Large variety to choose from. Payment was a breeze. Delivery was on-time and friendly. It was a very smooth experience. I think I've found a replacement for our previous service provider, that we used for years. Well done Hamper World!

I placed an order for a same day delivery hamper this at around 9am in the morning, the order had still not been delivered at 17:35 the same day. The order was to be delivered in Sandton, they dispatch from Randburg. I called around 2pm the same day to endure that the order is delivered and you assured me that it will be delivered . Bybtge time I realized that the order won't be delivered on time, their call center had knocked off and they do not have any platform to track your delivery or to get in touch with the courier. This is unacceptable, it cannot take the whole day to make a delivery from Randburg to Sandton. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES! They ruined my suprise and kept me in the dark, they did not even have the decency to tell me that my order is running late and when I will get it. Rather use the likes of Netflorist other competitors who don't take their clients for p**s!

I have had the most disgusting and unacceptable service, from this company. My 1st and definitely last time I will ever deal with them. I ordered online, money deducted and invoice received, stating i would be contacted the 1st working day after the order. Needless to say, I had no communication, so I requested the order, which was due for delivery on 14/02 to be cancelled. I received written confirmation that the order was cancelled. The following day I received notification to say the gift had been dispatched. I emailed immediately on the email, only to be told by Carla ( same person who responded to the cancellation) that unfortunately they were very busy with Valentine's Day coming up, however the order would only be delivered on 14th. Guess what? My mom has just called to say thank you for the lovely surprise(yes today on my calendar it is the 12th, or amI mistaken?). Not only does this business not seem able to cope with special days such as Valentine;s Day, but they misinform the customer(in writing) and do not live up to the service that does not come cheaply. Goodbye Hamper World, neither I nor my friends will ever do business with you again.
