Highest standard of service

Good service with adding a vehicle. The only thing that doesn't make sense to me is the following: I got a preliminary quote for a vehicle I want to add and today when I added the vehicle the premium was higher than the previously quoted one. The explanation being that with the initial quote I had 2 other vehicles on(which I sold and removed in the meantime) My common sense tells me that with lower risk comes lower premium. The consultant did however provide maximum discount which provided a little relief.
