Avoid this company if you are in the digital age

I was recently the other party in a dispute i had with a customer of theirs. In my observation i was extremely surprised at the poor quality of grammar and communications standards, more so that in email communications their document scans were of extreme poor quality, and from a generic email address "scan@rentalprinter.co.za".

In this digital age, im always alarmed at paper organisations that have not implemented smart solutions like docusign and properly implemented email communications representing their domain.

In fact several communications from several domains i.e. helderberglaw.co.za , hpbb.co.za, easily leads the recipient of these communications to ponder who they are really dealing with.
