Custom Issue Resolved

I had an issue where my product was stuck in customs, I was angry and disappointed because I never read the Terms & Conditions. The person who handled my issue / complaint was with me every step of the way. Assist me in ensuring that I would receive what I had purchased and I did. It was a little late because of the delays however thankful for the support and customer services i received
