i app**** for a house from them, given an empty lease agreement and invoice to pay before the owner signed it. i decided to pay holding deposits of 28500, once i paid the start stories of saying the house is not ready to be occupied by the 1st June ,i ask for refund ,my calls are been avoided. i also went to the property met with the owner and he told me that his house is not ready to leased as the water was cut byb minicipality ,they total ****mers .its a small company with 2 agent. please do not use this agency
