Albeit that my estate agent was very helpful from start to finish and very professional, it pains me that the suggested bond attorneys Stopforth, Swanepoel & Brewis needs to be s**** fed on best practice.
Where sending supporting documentation from the get go is a too foreign concept. Then you are expected to do everything immediately, however you rarely get feedback, and when you do it’s not even the full set of information.
Finally payments are just settled without even asking whether you are happy or consent to the figures. You feel completely helpless and left out of the process of selling your own house.
This whole experience of getting the sale of my house across the line is such a hassle that It puts you off of wanting to buy a house ever again. I would definitely not recommend using Harcourts’ attorneys just for sheer lack of communication and excluding Harcourts’ customers from the process.
Not as such a bad experience with Harcourts Maritz, but their associations leaves one without other recourse than to vent on Hello Peter. Not that I think this will change anything anyway.
