PATHETIC SERVICE

<p>For my friends 20th birthday we took her to Hard Rock Cafe and the minute we opened to the drinks menu we were pushed to show our ids, which we understood but we haven't even ordered anything yet, it was assumed we were getting alcohol.  The waiteress then asked if we could wait until 11:30 to order food and her excuse was that the kitchen only opened at 11:30 and the current time was 10:45. we asked if they could make the food sooner as we Had somewhere to be at 12 and could not be late. The waiteress did not even check up on us after that or even finalize what was the next move to be taken. She ignored us until 11:30 and told us we could order, basically forcing us to wait until 11:30. No apologies at all from the waiteress! That to me is disrespectful!!! </p>
