Being an avid adventure biker, Harley Davidson Gold Rand's online store is the last place you'd think I would be shopping... You're wrong and so was I. My mind was absolutely blown by the professional, courteous and friendly staff and how easy is was to buy from HD Gold Rand online. Not to mention the fantastic quality affordable products they sell... The team at HD Gold Rand is just W.O.W.!!!! Since my very first interaction/enquiry right through to receiving my online order it has been exceptional. Hamil, Gene and team THANK YOU for proving that there is still something called exceptional customer service, especially for bikers. I'll be in your physical store for the same exceptional service as soon as I can afford that CVO™ Pan America! Keep it up Harley Davidson Gold Rand, you have changed the mind of a certain "German competitor brand rider" about Harley's products and service...!

I initially had a bad experience with Harley Davidson Goldrand.I am happy to report that my issue did get resolved by Ridwaan from the Harley Davidson head office.Keep up the good work...Your quick resolution helped re-gain faith in the brand.🙂

I purchased items (helmet and Gloves) online and received an invoice. The items where available and the transaction was complete. I anticipated my purchase to be delivered only to receive emails saying the items got sold, and then it was a website issue and thereafter that the helmet was apparently damaged (the helmet which they said was apparently sold) and the gloves out of stock.The story kept changing. Honesty, integrity should be upheld at all times. I am very disturbed by the lack of service received here.These items should be sourced from other branches or re-ordered. Please honor the commitment you make when doing business, it takes business a long way.I will await feedback.

traded in my bike some 4 months ago. Part of the agreement was that I could service my new bike at a dealership closer to where i live. Obtained a quote as requested, this was approved and I proceeded with the service. For the past 4 months I have waited for my refund. Discussed this regularly with the original sales rep, who now left an 2 others. No help. I was finally given details of a financial lady. Besides blaming C19, poor internal communication and everything else she could think of, I was assured that I would be receiving my payment within the next week. Needles to say nothing received and no communication from HD. Having called her today, more apologies and i will be paid as soon as possible. Interestingly she’s not allowed to give me contact details of the group directors. So I have now posted my total disgust on social media.

Absolutely THE most outstanding service from Harley Davidson Gold Rand. We made purchases on the internet. We were kept informed with regard to the progress of the delivery right down to the minute. Within one and a half days of making the purchase, our order had left Gauteng and been delivered to us on the Lower South Coast of KZN. The VERY BEST service that we have ever had with an internet purchase. Of course, the merchandise that arrived was superb. A VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY IN EVERY RESPECT.

Harley-Davidson (Gold Rand) has an online store. You will see that there is no provision for customer feedback on this site. There seems a Very good reason for this. I ordered some accessories on the 10th April. Each one i ordered was 'in Stock'. I have proof of this - i took screen shots. I also checked telephonically to see if this was indeed available. The answer was affirmative. Today is 15 May. I still do not have my 'in Stock' items. I guess its only 35 days now! Now imagine if they had to be imported..... The confusion, excuses & promises are profusely provided by all & sundry. No-one of course says "darn this is terrible - i am really, really sorry - we will endeavour to make this up to you somehow!" A 'Sorry - we stink' would be a nice start! No way! Business must be Brilliant at Harley-Davidson (Gold Rand) currently. Scratch one ****-willy customer i will carry on ordering from Dennis Kirk in the US - it takes less time, they actually appreciate my business, their selection is great & they are cheaper landed in JHB.
