Not a FAN!
Worst experience ever - Will rather drive without Aircon than waste time and money at Harrack! Customer service is underwhelming - they transfer you from pillar to post and zero accountability for their work. If they’re not on tea or lunch then they don’t pick up the phone and when they do pick up - never mind I’ve wasted too much time on this business already!!!

Customer service is underwhelming - they transfer you from pillar to post and zero accountability for their work. If they’re not on tea or lunch then they don’t pick up the phone and when they do pick up - never mind I’ve wasted too much time on this business already!!!

Harrack Engineering Fail
Typing this review feels like a waste of time that I know I won’t get back however I wouldn’t want anyone else to have the same experience…Called twice for an invoice - waited over an hour for an email - called back - spoke to George who advised that he sent the email - I informed him that it wasn’t received (after he told me that he was just getting a few things done) Called again to confirm the email address and waited again. Nothing!!! Obviously customer service is not important nor is fixing anything (compressor still does not work after it was “fixed” on 25/02/25) todays date 27/03/25. Six thousand rand later and I am driving around with a glorified shiny new broken Aircon. Thank you for the inconvenience and underwhelming service.

Very bad workmanship
These guys have absolutely no clue how to fix an aircon system. The vehicle is question was with them in November and again about 2 weeks ago still the aircon doesn’t work properly. They also charged twice for the work done. The second time I went there I noticed lots of people bring their vehicles back due to the bad workmanship. They also take 4 full days to diagnose the problem. Very very very unprofessional and ***********.

Very bad workmanship
These guys have absolutely no clue how to fix an aircon system. The vehicle is question was with them in November and again about 2 weeks ago still the aircon doesn’t work properly. They also charged twice for the work done. The second time I went there I noticed lots of people bring their vehicles back due to the bad workmanship. They also take 4 full days to diagnose the problem. Very very very unprofessional and ***********.

Jeep Renegade
My Jeep Renegade went in to diagnose A/C problems. Two weeks later, we went from an o-ring to the condenser to a pipe to a expansion valve. Still no clear quote on what the actual problem is. I received my car back with both left and right wheel arch trims broken. The front bumper is now misaligned and my car looks like it was worked on by a backyard panel beater. The skid plate underneath had all the bolts still loose (what was left of them). I found spanners and wires hiding behind the engine as well as the intake ***ling for the airbox lying on the skid plate. What an absolute disaster. The only response from Alicia (though very friendly) was a shrug of her shoulders. Steer clear. Far clear! There are much better places out there than this one.

Jeep Renegade

Never use Harrack!
Should have looked on hello Peter first. They did not fix my audi's pump but instead gave me beck a different one that is in terrible shape and told me that for 2000 rand they can redo it... after I have already paid 3.5k....

Never use Harrack!
Should have looked on hello Peter first. They did not fix my audi's pump but instead gave me beck a different one that is in terrible shape and told me that for 2000 rand they can redo it... after I have already paid 3.5k....

Super BAD Service
Useless company with even more useless people and management working there. No idea what customer service, support of satisfaction mean. Everyone is passing the buck and management is to good to speak to customers. Left more than 6 messages for Mr. Malcom but in 2 days he did not care enough to find out what my concern was. I sent in a compressor for a recon that was surpose to take 2 days turned out to be a week. receiced it back at the mechanic to install and the compressor was leaking. They collected it after we sent a video showing the leak to them. Another week and a lot of phone calls past before we were told that they replaced the seal and tested the unit and it was now perfect. got delivered to the mechanic only to see that it is still leaking in the same place. HOW CAN THEY BE SEEN AS A LEGIT COMPANY!!!!!

Thievery at its finest
Don't not use this company. Sneaky dishonest clowns who don't know their job but charge premium prices. Claim to recondition compressors but are incompetent then shift the blame on to customer with no valid reason. Claim customer failed to replace parts on vehicle whilst it doesn't even have that part from factory..... No reason or cause of failed compressor after you supposivly fixed? Thieves...
