No notice of price increase for a year
They raised their monthly service fee without telling me for an entire year. They didn't send me any notice, invoices or statements during that time. The blame was put on me for not letting them know that I wasn't receiving statements or invoices. My email address had not changed or anything like that, so it really doesn't seem fair to blame me for this. They've since stopped replying to my emails. Highly unprofessional.

Mayday Alarm Harrismith Best Service
There was a burglary at my mothers house while she was away,Mayday informed us and even went extra mile to give us a letter during this lock down to enable us to travel cross province to come home from Gauteng to Free State to fix the alarm.The turn around time was good,the consultant and technicians service was excellent and more impressive was their after service follow up with customer! Thank you.
