Cannot recommend
Tried to give this company the benefit of the doubt however I have to provide feedback for the lack of customer service. I asked for 8 different books and attached a YouTube video showing exactly what I was after. Got a quote, paid and waited patiently. Got an email to pick up the books to find that they were all printed A5 instead of A4 and 1 of the books was printed 6 times.. so they missed 5 of the books I requested. I was told that I had to pay on top of what I had already paid in order to have the 5 remaining books printed. And apparently it was MY mistake because the sales rep had put on the order black and white and A5. Not this is NOT stated on my quote. To meet in between, I paid the extra amount and sent another email with the outstanding books. The books arrived a week later, only to find that 3/5 of the books were printed with the wrong contents! I send an email with pictures advising that this needs to be corrected. So my last batch of books arrive however they printed the wrong one, and then one of books had a significantly larger top margin, which makes the book off centred. I was upset and asked a friend to help me contact customer service (my email thread, includes videos of issues, contact details including my number to which they did not respond.) I then emailed myself on the 22/09 to which I received a measly you did not advise us. I reply and sent a follow up email to which I have no received any reply or phone call. I am very disappointed with their customer service and quality control.
