Dissapointed in quality of ring / No feedback

I bought a black Tungsten men's ring from Hashtag Bamboo in September 2025. Unfortunately, the black finish scratched off on the very first day, which is unacceptable. I'm very unhappy with the product.

I have already contacted them about this issue, but I haven't received a response. I definitely won't be buying from them again.
