Worst communication

No communication from the agent for 2 months while busy with my application. Agent doesn't call until you call. I wanted a bond and put in my OTP but they got a cash buyer 2 months after that and decided to go with the cash buyer

It's with great sadness that now they messed up my credit score for my next house
