Shoutout Themba Dlamini, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process stress-free. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend both Haval Fourways and Themba if you’re looking for excellent service.

You can expect the very best service from this Haval dealership. Thank you to the sales team, Thando, Reuben, Brent and to the manager, George. My delivery was made so special. I bought a new Jolion Pro and I am very impressed.

On invitation of a salesman, Saturday 21 December 2024, it was arranged for me to test drive a Haval H6 HEW new vehicle, which was on special price, on Monday morning 23 December 2024. On arriving at the dealership there was no sight of the salesman and the only available vehicle was sold. So much so for the test drive and potential purchase of the vehicle. Poor apology from the salesman and manager later the morning.

As at 10 October 2024, My experience is that I bought a brand new car 25 July 2023. Since then, I have driven the car for less than 4 months without problems. 9 Months out of the approximate 13 months of ownership of the brand new Haval Jolion, the Haval has been dysfunctional, defective and unreliable, not delivering on the purpose intended and expected of a brand new car. I do not have a day go buy without the warning light GEAR BOX OVERHEATING, STALLING AT DRIVE OFF, JERKING DURING SLOW DRIVE and GENERAL ANXIETY BECAUSE I DON’T KNOW WHAT PROBLEM IS NEXT. Yet I continue to pay the WESBANK monthly instalment of R9,2000 plus insurance for a brand new car that I am not able to drive without daily issues. WESBANK is well aware of this issue but has not provided any resolution support whatsoever. The same goes for GWM Fourways.

I only selected one star because I had no choice!!!!! I bought a brand new vehicle from this dealership, they ****** me of that brand new car experience, within days I reported a rattle, a year and 6 months later the same rattle cannot be fixed! The car has been in 11 times! They are not accepting any responsibility, absolutely disgusted!
