Dodgy place again. Stay away!!
I received a really bad service from HB plumbing a couple of years back. I gave them a Google rating they deserved at the time. They are now accusing me of being the competition. Makes me think back about the bad experience I had back then. Unfortunately for you HB plumbing, I am not in the plumbing business. Wake up!! You're showing the same bad conduct as you did back then.

29 Nov 2020, 18:34Upon investigation we found that you wanted us to add false details in a insurance report before you wanted to pay us for our call out fee. Herman told you it would have totally been unethical to do. Was there anything wrong with our workmanship we provided? And if so could you please elaborate? .

Just follow how you lied not finding me on your records and accusing me to be the competition that want to create a bad image of you in an attempt to hide your bad service. Now you're records is indicating I am a fraudster?? I am flabbergasted. Testament of the company you are. So glad I have posted this message now. To all concerned, there are many great companies out there that does not only have 29 reviews in almost as many years of existence. Questionable.

29 Nov 2020, 19:43On the 5th Of December you asked us to create a false insurance report having stated that a leaking geyser had burst in order to claim. We have the documents and the actual report we gave you.

You originally left the bad review because we didn't want to write a false report stating that your geyser which was leaking had burst, so that your insurance would have covered it which after we sent you the quote it obviously didn't. The R991 was for repairing the tap!!!

I would love to see your "facts"?? What happened to all the other people you claimed posted false reports on you (what you originally accused me of in your first attempt to discredit my review). Then you deleted your message (why??) and start accusing me of insurance fraud. Unfortunately for you I have an excellent insurance record and have barely claimed over years. You are more than welcome to confirm this with my insurance company. Done wasting my time with you.
