Atrocious service

Got my vehicle back after 3 weeks, lost *****s, batt pole cables not tightened, crack in plastic below windscreen, have to source 2nd hand plastic, stained bumpers, by strong soap/cleaner, will have to get a new one - front, no discount for taking this long or even saying sorry, am sure will find a lot of problems now, the owner doesn't even know that pistons are manufactured oval, he was denying it, had to send him proof, I have to start repairing their below standard work now...leaking oil between gearbox and engine.
