Atrocious service

Work that should have taken max 10 days was done in 21 days, lack of automotive knowledge, lost *****s, batt pole cables not tightened, crack in plastic below windscreen, have to source 2nd hand , stained bumpers, by strong soap/cleaner, will have to get a new one - front, owner just shrugged his shoulders, I have to start repairing their below standard work now...found oil leaking between gearbox and engine and dent in sump.
