It has been a month since I made an online payment for a product that was out of stock and there was no notice or message on the Healthcart website to indicate that the product was unavailable. After my second choice product was also out of stock, I requested a cash refund and e-mailed them my bank details. To this day I have not received my refund and no communication from them. This is unacceptable and pretty unethical for any business to treat customers this way. I last had correspondence from Darshen Pillay on the 23 April 2015. <br>
