Heartland Corn Flakes are horrible. They lack the smell and taste of corn flakes entirely whether with warm milk or cold. They taste like cardboard with a awful smell of pop corn. The longer you soak them the tougher they get. Purchased them as they were cheaper than even the @Checkers housebrand and worst decision made. Quality is not cheap and cheap is not quality. I question how @Checkers allowed such a product on its shelves.

Bought a packet of muesli. Opened it to the most horrific off smell. Emailed Heart lands food to let them know as the coconut and infact the entire pack tasted so off. No response. Will never buy this brand again.

i bought a pack of muesli and found a lump of oats with mildew.i send pics,the till slip,the packaging. their not responding in a manner that show they wont to address the serious health risk that this old stuff posses.I have an up set stomach because of not realizing that muesli were filled with mildew.the operation manager has not did not return my call as i asked him as it was not possible to speak to him.They treat this matter very nonchalant.

I purchased a packet of Heartland Rice Popperz and when I tried to open the seal, I had much difficulty. The seal was so tight to open and as a result the bag made a tear at the top. The contents were also coming out of the bottom of the packet as there was a hole there too. The contents itself were fine, but the packaging was faulty. I emailed Heartland Foods about my complaint and never received a reply from them. I resent my email and still no reply. I then tried to phone them on two different numbers that I obtained for them and could not reach them on either number, As a last resort, I sent them a message on Facebook to which they never replied. I then put a post on their Facebook page explaining everything and that I was disappointed with their lack of service. It clearly states on their packaging that if you are unhappy with the product in any way, that you can contact them. I did exactly this but did not receive the courtesy of a reply via any of the channels that I tried. How will they ever improve on their products if they can't or won't take the time to address complaints which are sent by their customers?!

Good day,my husband did transport for hearland cereals in january this year and up until now he hasn't received his full payment.They are a multi million rand company that's supplys almost all the large supermarkets in pmb.Time for payment they claim they have no funds in their account.My husband calls and emails them every single day for his money and up until now they haven't paid him.How can they do that to hard working people,they wanted 2 have their goods transported,now the job is done they dnt want 2 pay

Good day.My husband runs a very small trucking company which he started about a year now,In january this year he did loads for heartland foods.He was given a rate for his loads by the manager,when loads were done they refused to pay him what was due n infact cut the rates to suit them.We had to agree in order to get paid.Its been 2 months now and they still haven't paid him his money.They are a multi million rand company and are giving the hard working people the run about for their own money.We call them about 5 to 6 times a day and still haven't received payment.They are by far the worse company to do cartage for as not only is the boss never around to sort your problem but the staff dealing with these issues are forever making excuses for payment.People need to know what they are and not support them in their products or do work for them as they will be in the same situation we are in
