Checked reviews online late 2024, no red flags. Ordered and paid in Dec 2024, followed up after 2 weeks of no delivery, they checked and said it was on its way. Contacted them to ask for tracking number, no response. Following week messaged again to ask for tracking details. No response. Phoned twice, they messaged to ask if they can help. Asked again for tracking details and called 4 times that afternoon to follow up, no answer. Lodged a case of ***** with my bank. They also operate a website called Sneakerbrothers with the same contact details

I ordered and paid for 2 pairs of shoes in December. Payment and confirmation of order was received. Delivery arrived 13 January but totally different makes to what was ordered and paid for. Attempts to contact heatcheck.co.za (Sneaker Brothers) via email are ignored as are voice mails to the only contact number. By chance after numerous attempts I spoke to someone who told me to mail returns@heatcheck.co.za. This mailbox does not exist nor does refunds@heatcheck.co.za. Sales@heatcheck.co.za do not respond. Beware of this potentially *****ulent organisation
