Heaven and home TikTok store- Blocked after payment, item Never Arrived

I paid for a vase from Heaven and home, but it was never delivered. The promised delivery date passed, the RAM waybill number is invalid and the my communication attempts were blocked. Their TikTok page has disappeared on my search button. But I search using a different phone it’s still there.
