Scam, fraud. Needs to be caught

I ordered and paid a deposit for bricks. Only to be disappointed with no delivery. The delivery promises made was never done. The gentlemen, who did the deal eventually agreed to refund me. Even sent me an sms notification from his Nedbank Account to me. 10 days later no funds are in my account as yet. No it look slike he has blocked me in WhatsApp. He is no longer taking me calls either.

If there has been anyone else with this same issue. I am ready and willing to assist in getting this guy to come forward. I know the way we can catch him out and reveal him to the public. My number is 0824953833
