Disgusting healthcare service

<div>We have been here since 12:15 today the clinic was not full, and yet it's 3:25 no one has helped us instead without any communication to patients waiting they all take lunch at the same time ignoring patients than they come back to do stock take without any communication to patients that came for help, when you ask them what's happening they give attitudes and change the room that they allocated you to go to. This is unprofessional practice and it's uncalled for. They lose patients files and blatantly admit they don't know where the files are, then have the decency to ask a patient where thier file is, patients are waiting for direction where to go and no one is available to direct them, patients ranging as far as 89 years of age that are waiting to be helped, an old adult waiting from early morning till close to closing time for service what bull is this???</div>
