Cancelled my booking due to the Coronavirus outbreak AND "lockdown" of the country by the state. Agent/director of "Hello Garden Route" by name Carene Daniel firstly said that she can't pay me back I can only get a "voucher" for my next stay and if it's more expensive I need to pay in! There's NOTHING in their T&C's which states anything of sorts. Stay away from "Hello Garden Route" company as far as possible, you WILL lose money.
