Refusing to remove name and images of a property listing which was cancelled

I would not recommend listing your holiday rental accommodation with this company. After we cancelled their services, giving 30 days notice to remove all marketing related content of our house off their platform, (as we prefer not to do business with owner Carene Daniel) has she simply refused to do so.
