Threatened by Their Plumber – Completely Unprofessional Service

I had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with this company.

I called them for an emergency plumbing job and was promised prompt assistance. The plumber arrived over 1.5 hours late, used my own materials, and I paid R1800 immediately. The very next day, the leak was still there and two new problems had appeared. When I reported this, I was blamed instead of helped.

I rearranged my schedule multiple times to accommodate their return visits, but the plumber continued arriving late — hours after the agreed times. Throughout this process I was treated with rudeness and blame-shifting.

The worst part is that while I was questioning the fairness of further payment, the plumber sent me threatening messages. When I raised this with the company, instead of addressing it, they dismissed it and saw nothing wrong with the threats.

This is by far the most unprofessional and unacceptable service I’ve ever received. Poor workmanship, unreliability, and threatening behaviour should not be tolerated. I would strongly warn others against using this company.
