Abusing patients

The doctor is great but the service I received from the 2 receptionist they were utterly rude stand with hands on their hips and shouting at me to JUST pay when the doctor confirmed to putbmt payment through medical aid. I fought her back. She kept being persistent the doctor told her to stop it and apologised for her appalling behaviour so disgusted will never go back they are based at the mayo clinic in Constantia kloof.
