Still waiting for my Refund!

POST 7: 09/05/2025 Stil no refund not even a partial payment its disgracfull but the best part is that even though they have not paid my refund they have the audacity to ask me to take down my reviews. Why? So no one will know just how terribly they treat and lie to their customars!

POST 6: They cut off all contact and ignore me completely. Still no refund almost R40000.00. My opinion stay far far away. All lies, no service and not trustworthy. POST 5: Another promise was made that turned into another lie. 2 April 2025 they asked for one extra day to make the refund. It is now a week later and no suprise still no refund. I regret it so much using this company never have I recieved such terrible service and was **** to, to this extent its a disgrace. POST 4: A lot of emails later since the 25th of March 2025 when Henmin claimed to have made the payment but was waiting for the POP. Honestly can't believe how scheming and dishonest Henmin can be towards their customars. POST 3: Still no Refund! More and more lies as the days go by. 3 Days ago on 25 March 2025 I was told that Henmin has made payment and is just waiting for the proof of payment and that they will send it to me one they recieve it. Today 28 March 2025 I have not recieved any proof of payment or payment. All lies! Since then they have not contacted me again at all despite my many attampts. Once again NOT reccomend. POST 2: Update of our situation from previous review: On the day I posted my review without mentioning our company name, Henmin new exactly just by the review below who I was talking about and send me an email within minutes to my company email since the 25th February 2025. On this email they asked if we did not recieve our refund yet, knowing very well we did not. Then they asked by my name if I worked there. I rep**** saying we did not despite the follow up mails that have been ignored by them. Once again a false promise was made as he claimed he could not sort this matter out on that day (20 March 2025) and will have this matter sorted and my refund pay by yesterday (24 March 2025). I sent two emails yesterday asking for the proof of payment so this matter could be settled but was ignored until 15h00 that day. Their email stated they were busy with a breakdown and asked for my number. I rep**** saying I understad they are busy as we all are but to please keep to their promise and asked why they needed my number. I was met with dead silence since then. I did not recieve my refund or a response after that. I would like to point out we are le*** allowed to add interest on the anount outstandning since we asked for a refund but we never persued this matter we just wanted our money back. I would like to make it clear after all the effort and cost we already put in to this matter Henmin still did not uphold their end. So we will be persueing this matter from today on. Since Henmin wants to do this to their clients we will no longer sit still and be victims. POST 1: The worst service I have ever recieved. Not only is there a lack of communication but also promises are made but never kept. On 22 February 2024 I placed a order with Henmin and made payment in full wich was not a small amount. After a lot of struggle and promises we only recieved half our parts and in the end requested a refund for the other half. We have not recieved a refund to this day wich has caused us a lot of harm financialy. We have gotten to the point where we have handed them over to a debt collection company and they have been listed as defaulters on the Credit Bureaus Database. On 25 February 2025 they came in contact with me finally claiming not to be aware of the situation and that they will sort it out a.s.a.p. and make the refund. Since then I followed up many times but have still not recieved my refund or any response since then. The one star I gave is just for the purpose to write a review to bring awarenes of this terrible service and how clients are treated and cheated. It is 1 year and 26 days later and still Henmin has not refunded me. Not Recommended!
