Bad service from Hennox Supplies

My Company Simfield Africa orderd Conti suits from Hennox with Gordon in February dates then went to collect in March dates my driver arrived there around 11 they were given poor service of which the sales team from Hennox were going in and out but as a client we waited for our order, they left there at 5pm not given any chance to count the stock or to even check is coz they were all saying it’s late they wanna go home We then took the stock to our office for stock take when stock take was done we then realised that there was missing stock i then phoned Gordon the sales man direct following day and he said to me that was not possible We then laid a complaint to Hennox we been there so many times to try solve the issue but no help , when trying to call the management isn’t willing to help and they are just ignoring our emails and calls now ,be careful when dealing with Hennox they are crooks and liars. We as a company need to get our refund back and they are not willing to do so.
