Henry is the most unprofessional person ever! Took my car Dec 2024 for a service. Took it back 11 times already. They still cant say what the problem is but very fast to complain what they have already changed. If Henry gets tired of speaking to you over the phone, he makes out that he can't hear you. He should retire or go to an old age home and complain there!

Henry most unprofessional person ever! Took my car for a service in Dec 2024. They changed the rear brakes. Until now, still not the same, took it back now 11 times. Henry still cant say what the problem is but is very quick to complain what they already changed. No telephone manners at all. If he gets tired to speak to you, he makes out that he can't hear you. Maybe he should retire.

Our family has been taking our vehicles for service at Henry Motors for the past several years. Without exception, we have been happy with their service. Most importantly, we trust them and have found them to be honest. For example, a couple of times now the actual bill was lower than the original quote, which is unheard of. They will try and save costs by repairing parts, if possible, instead of just replacing with new. Based on our experiences, we can recommend them.

Our family has been taking our vehicles for service at Henry Motors for the past several years. Without exception, we have been happy with their service. I am blown away. I have known the motor business for many years and know that often invoices are loaded to "make a little profit". I recently took my car into Henry Motors in Brummeria to have my air conditioner fixed. I had filled up with gas but only got warm air back through the air conditioner. They are professional and efficient and fixed it for me. A few hours later they gave me an invoice for R98.00. I could not believe it. Honesty at this kind of level in the motor business is unheard of. Long may they stay in business. They have my family's business for as long as we have a car. Thank you for your honesty.

I recently discovered Henry Motors. They fixed my car, replaced vehicle parts and did panel beating on the vehicle. Their excellence and professionalism starts at reception and goes through all the way to product support. Their work is of high quality, they complete it in the shortest time possible and they kept me up to date constantly about their progress.

This was a refreshing and excellent experience with a business that services my car. After a very bad experience at another business, I was referred to Henry Motors (Mispel Ave, Pretoria). The service is excellent, they keep you informed of what is wrong with your car, they work fast and neat and show you the work they have done. They also didn't do unnecessary work on the car. Even the coffee was excellent. I can recommend them very highly.

I would not recommend Henry Motors to anyone. The customer service is shocking the workmanship is of the lowest quality I have ever experienced and had to take my car back on two occasions as the job was not done properly the first time. Then the Henry says there is unfortunately nothing he can do if it wasn’t fixed the first time and charges you full price the second time to resolve the problem which in fact had to be resolved the fist time. Henry does not care about his clients and is in no way trying to retain current clients. There is zero willingness to assist clients and ensure they are happy with the result. This is the worst customer service I have ever received, and henry is inadequate in his job and unable to resolve a problem the first time. I was charged twice for the same job. This type of behaviour is highly unethical, and I would recommend that no business is ever conducted with henry motors

I took my ST to them for a service and a full diagnostic check because there was something wrong with the car I did explain al the symptoms of what the car has and they said it needs al these parts that came to 23 000 and there quotation was more than ford itself got my car back work for a day or 2 then went back toe them 3 times because the check engine light came on and probably just cleared it instead of looking what is really wrong wasted my time and money because they value money more than there customers I took my car to Ford after the same diagnostic check and hour and a half later they told me exactly what was wrong with my car and they don't answer you on what's app they don't care they are rude and don't want to help you be careful who you trust
