Herbies Motors no reply

Dupie from Herbie Motors approached me to sell my vehicle for me . The vehicle was as their stand for a month with not much interest . When I wanted to pick it up they said just to give them a little more time. They sold it and only gave me R 45000.00 of the R 85000.00 asked . Now they cant give me the money or the car .

I tried phoning them they keep on saying they will come back to me or they don't know where`s the car . The latest is that they just don't answer their phones
