HERCULES POLICE OFFICER THREATENING AND ***UAL HARASSING A MAN

We were standing in an parking lot at mayville mall. Busy cleaning the car and I was just learning to drive. So a police fan from Hercules police station pulled up asking what's going on. We told him I am busy learning to drive and we just cleaned our car. And then a police officer climbed out and started to ask us to get out of the vehicle and asked If we using drugs and we said no we don't he started searching on my husband and then he asked him to see beneath the pants (***ual harassment), he searches the car and that is all with out a search warrant. They searched me as well and found nothing he threw my handbag out to search. With out a search warrant. There are 3 people in the fan the black man, white woman and another white man in the fan. There was stuff taken out of the vehicle so I am not happy and that guy doesn't stop saying that do I need to arrest you. So he is threatening us that is jot fair. The law said that only the traffic police and if they do a road block they can search the car. The SAPS IS NOT ALLOWED TO DO THAT.
