Have been sending Multiple emails to our representative dirk.wessels@herefordgroup.co.za wit no success, he doesn't respond to calls, whatsapp messages or emails. Received an bulk email to ask if we would like to set up an appointment, ive responded TWICE to request a meeting to get my parents matters sorted with no avail

The service received from Kyle Brummer, Paul Brummer and Ryan ***ey is terrible. I tried to escalate my complaint but my requests are met with empty promises or no response. Since April 2025, I have been trying to resolve uncomplicated matters with Kyle Brummer but to date my requests has been met with nonchalance. I have transferred an investment of R40000, i still have no idea where my investment is. My list goes on. I want to exit this relationship as soon as possible. This service received from Kyle Brummer is apalling. I have consistently out of pocket, matters he promised to undertake was not completed 3 months later.

Ronell Bowen is either *********** or deliberately delaying my PF withdrawal claim. I filled out the form on the 2nd of June, 9 days later my claim is not submitted. It took my ex colleague 6 months to receive his PF withdrawal money. Now they are doing that to me. This is unacceptable.

I did my pension with them and when I told them I can't afford it any more and I will like to claim after they send me so much email of my account no they ignore me I send email WhatsApp and still nothing please don't trust this people they will will take every penny of you

This must be the most ridiculous institution that we are supposed to trust with our money more importantly retirement fund ….i have been struggling to get hold of my “apparent” banker ..she sent me an email about looking into investments …I sent her emails never responded that was like 3 months ago and I also she answered the phone told me she’s very busy she’ll call me back it’s been 3 months am still waiting for a call ….its so pathetic that people have to deal with this kind of service for their own money …I honestly feel sorry for the elderly that kept their money with this horrible business..I can only imagine the frustration and the helpless they go through

This is the worst experience for a short term service i ever had. The admin on this is pathethic. I dont even think the person sent through the clim form with the proof of damage Worse the broker himself never ever spoke to us about the policy in 3 years. Neither do they do statistics and concerns on the underwriting companies they use. In this case Hollard. So when they actually have a case to deal with that is simple they muck it up. Seriously they are *********** to do the best for the client. They service their underwriter who pays them a commission Whats worse the delay they caused is big problem. A two hour job and a assessment that can take one day took 3 weeks in all Gor tyre and rim. 😡

been dealing with a useless broker, have a claim going on for 4 years! 4 years, paper work lost that was given by medical professionals, kept swinging a story that we will gave answers heard nothing back from them! emailed someone from management and not even feedback from there! absolutely pathetic services, in that 4 years the broker kept making me sign on to new products ect but couldnt have finalise a claim, not even feedback from Liberty either !! Makes me wonder if I died will they take 4 years to pay out my life insurance!

I have been dealing with Hereford group for the past 3 months regarding a claim. What an absolute shocking experience. Not communication. No calls answered. No reply to emails. 2 claims sumbitted at exactly the same time, only 1 processed. Waiting on the other, its been a month. With no definate answer as to when this will be finalised. Passing the problem on seems to be the operation style. Avoid at all costs, its a NIGHTMARE !
